Mike Moore

Mike Moore was born and raised in West Texas. He met and married his wife, Karen in 1985.  They have 2 sons, Kendall and Connor, and 3 granddaughters.  Mike and Karen were members of the Monterrey Church of Christ in Lubbock, TX before moving to Peoria, AZ in 1998.  Mike has worked in the Food Service Industry for over 25 years.  Mike has been a member of the Church since 1980 and has served as a Deacon at West Olive since 2004.  He enjoys fishing, football, spending time outdoors and serving the monthly Men’s Breakfast.

Greg Ryznar

Greg and Cathy were born and raised in Michigan where they met and were married in 1974.  Shortly after, they moved to Millbury, Ohio where Greg worked as a crane operator.  Greg and Cathy both obeyed the gospel on March 4, 1981.  In 1982, they relocated to Arizona where Greg served as a Phoenix Firefighter for 25 years.

After retiring, Greg and Cathy travelled fulltime for 10 years, serving the Sojourners Mission in assisting small congregations, youth camps, and children’s homes.  In their travels they came to know the brethren at West Olive and decided they wanted to serve the Lord from this congregation in June 2019.  Greg was appointed a deacon in May 2022.

Greg’s hobbies are bicycle riding, sailing and woodworking.  Greg and Cathy have two daughters and two grandsons.

Greg Wells

Greg was born in Florence, Alabama and moved to Arizona with his family when he was two years old.  Debra was born in Brooklyn, New York and lived there until her family moved to Arizona when she was five.  Both have lived in Arizona since. Greg and Debra graduated from Glendale High School but did not meet until after graduation.  In 1982, they were married and have two children, Gregory and Jacqueline, both faithful Christians.  Greg and Debra both graduated from DeVry Institute of Technology.  Greg graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering Technology and works for Asco Numatics as an Engineering Manager. Debra graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and is also a C.P.A.

Greg was raised attending the Church of Christ. He and his family have been attending and serving at the West Olive Church of Christ since 2007. Greg has served as a deacon since 2012.
